Immediately report any damage found when opening and unwrapping your order, preferably including pictures of the damaged products or packaging with your report. Damage to the packaging should be immediately reported. It is best if you take a picture of the packaging before opening the product in order to illustrate the damage that occurred during shipping.
Never install damaged products. Damage or malfunction that is discovered at the time of install or connection should be immediately reported and the products should not be installed. Such defects are extremely rare as each fixture is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory.
Always include your invoice or order number with each complaint.
We will respond to each complaint immediately and work with you to find the best available solution. You are responsible for the shipping costs for goods that you choose to return. We will pay the shipping cost for sending you the repaired or replacement products.
The warranty does not cover lamps (bulbs). No factory provides you with any warranty except in the case of certain LED lamps which carry a two-year warranty.
The lifetime of the lamp is approximate and is provided for your information only. The life expectancy of a lamp is not guaranteed because external and local influences have significant impact.
Damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation is also excluded from the warranty. If you are unsure, it is best to always contact a professional to install your lighting.
The warranty excludes humidity or water damage.
